Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection.
• 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless.
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production environments.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, and pricing inputs.
• Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Build team capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices.
