Doctronic seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team building AI-driven health guidance and physician-facing services. You will shape technical direction, turn ambiguous needs into reliable software, and own team health and delivery.

This is a hands-on role; you will contribute code, review changes, debug production issues, and ship with your team while guiding architecture and AI workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading engineers on user-facing products or the systems behind them.
• Strong software engineering background with ability to contribute production code.
• Experience shipping across frontend and backend with depth in at least one area.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow a team of product engineers through clear expectations, coaching, direct feedback, and high standards.
• Partner with product, design, clinical, AI, and operations teams to understand problems, set priorities, and define success.
• Turn incomplete requirements into focused projects and keep the team shipping through short planning cycles.
• Contribute production code, lead technical investigations, and help resolve production issues.
• Guide work across user experiences, backend services, data models, integrations, and AI workflows.
