Doctronic Physicians Group (DPG) & Doctronic Inc. seeks a Clinical Product Manager to lead AI-native care workflows at the nexus of medicine and product leadership.

You will shape clinical pathways, engage physicians, and translate medical needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions for our clinic network. You will partner with AI and context engineering teams, drive regulatory-aligned designs, and define success metrics while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree is required; residency completed preferred.
• +3 years of product management experience in healthcare tech or digital health; track record of owning roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of clinical decision-making, care workflows, and physician needs.
• Experience in urgent care, primary care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and their application in healthcare; ability to collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for clinical pathways and AI-enabled care delivery.
• Design and iterate clinical workflows for urgent care, primary care, chronic disease, and medication management use cases.
• Translate clinical requirements into detailed product specifications for AI engineering teams.
• Drive product decisions grounded in clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, and physician workflows.
• Partner with clinical leadership and engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and interoperability.
