Enode is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the software layer that connects EVs, chargers, solar, and batteries. You will optimize fleet-level performance across homes and drive rapid, reliable delivery.

You will shape the team, coach engineers, and partner with product and CTO to advance the company’s energy transition. Remote-first with global reach, the role emphasizes AI-enabled engineering leadership and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineers and delivering complex systems.
• Strong ability to set and communicate an ambitious technical vision.
• Experience driving AI adoption and aligning tech with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical vision end to end and partner with product for roadmap.
• Define what great looks like and uphold high standards across teams.
• Collaborate with CTO and leadership to shape strategy and bets for the business area.
• Lead AI initiatives and translate them into practical, shipped capabilities.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers to reach their potential.
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable with empathy.
