Job summary

LawVu Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery squads with a shared roadmap and cross-team dependencies.

You will own the SDLC, coach high-performing teams, and partner with Product, Design, and Tech Leads to deliver high-quality software that drives value for LawVu customers globally. You will manage results-driven squads, foster a blameless, high-trust environment, accelerate legal processes, and bring innovative AI-enabled solutions to a cutting-edge legal tech platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• 8+ years of experience designing, building and shipping full stack applications across UI, API, data layers and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production code with engineering credibility.
• Experience leading teams in AI-native engineering workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Proven ability to communicate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow delivery squads with clear goals and ownership.
• Uphold the SDLC, architectural best practices, and Definition of Done.
• Remove impediments and manage incidents with stakeholders.
• Shape technical direction and prioritize technical investment across squads.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, estimation, forecasting, and delivery dates.
• Drive down tech debt and grow automated QA as a team metric.
• Champion AI adoption and integrate AI-native tooling into workflows.
