Qualifications

• Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, Go, or TypeScript.

• Make every engineer more productive by eliminating repetitive workflows through AI agents.
• Define and own the agent roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and how to measure success.
• Build and lead a small, high-impact team of engineers.
