Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Agentic Systems & Platform Architecture to lead strategy and execution for the agentic developer platform, enabling teams to build, evaluate, and scale autonomous agents. You will identify gaps, prototype concepts, and turn them into reusable platform components and governance mechanisms to accelerate developer productivity and agent quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ total years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with evolving agent architectures and OSS libraries; deep expertise in LLM/agent architectures with POCs.
• Ability to translate fast-moving problems into clear platform strategy, roadmap and outcomes.
• Track record building multi-team developer platforms (APIs/SDKs, reusable components).
• Experience building evaluation/benchmarking systems for agent workflows.
• Strong judgment in OSS/3P tool selection and integration strategy.
• Product approach to safety and governance; governance controls and monitoring.
• Strong leadership and executive communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and deeply understand evolving agent development patterns across NVIDIA and the ecosystem.
• Identify gaps and friction; translate insights into a platform strategy that boosts velocity and quality.
• Assess and integrate OSS/3P tools; drive clear build-vs-use decisions.
• Architect and integrate high-performance data pipelines, RAG systems, vector databases, and GPU-optimized workflows.
• Lead integration of the AI Data Platform into NVIDIA’s on-prem AI Factory; optimize throughput and inference.
• Establish and enforce robust Agent Governance policies across the platform.
• Design and maintain a centralized Agent Safety Toolkit with pre-vetted components.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team and a multi-functional community to scale adoption.
