Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Agentic Systems & Platform Architecture to lead strategy and execution for the agentic developer platform. You will oversee how teams build, evaluate, and improve autonomous agents, turning insights into scalable platform capabilities and governance mechanisms to accelerate developer productivity and agent quality at scale.

Qualifications

• BS/engineering degree or equivalent experience in software engineering.
• 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years leading teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with agent architectures and OSS libraries.

Responsibilities

• Track evolving agent development patterns across NVIDIA and ecosystem.
• Translate insights into a platform strategy to boost developer velocity.
• Architect and integrate data pipelines, RAG systems, and GPU workflows.
• Lead integration of AI Data Platform into on-prem NVIDIA AI Factory.
• Establish robust Agent Governance and Safety Toolkit.
• Grow a high-performing, multi-functional team.
