Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in North America. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role balancing technical excellence with team mentorship and delivering agentic AI solutions at scale for enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape delivery, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while solving complex problems in finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering.
• 2+ years leading software teams.
• Experience deploying enterprise software at scale.
• Strong communication for technical and business audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions.
• Own customer success from implementation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to deliver AI to enterprises.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable deployment processes.
• Define processes to scale agent development across client environments.
