Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably aerospace manufacturing.
• Previous managerial experience in Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100.
• Strong experience in process drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards.
• U.S. Persons required due to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the engineering team.
• Prioritize and direct functional activities of the Engineering team.
• Review and approve manufacturing drawings.
• Provide manufacturing expertise and technical judgment to development tasks.
• Interact with customers to interpret requirements and translate into process specifications.
• Lead New Product Introduction programs with proper resource assignment.
• Develop staff through training, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed for robust manufacturing processes.
• Guide on process development, forging, flowforming and machining tech.
• Create and review mechanical test reports and track trends.
• Contribute to Zero Injury Culture through safe procedures.
