Job summary

Rizonet is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the complete new product development lifecycle from award to production handoff. This role oversees Engineering, Project Management, and Tool Room operations, delivering projects on time and within budget across injection molding, MIM, and CNC processes.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR requirements, with hands‑on technical leadership and personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in injection molding, MIM, CNC machining, or related manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams, project managers, and tooling operations.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, GD&T, DFM, FMEA, validation processes, and ERP systems.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and ITAR-regulated manufacturing environments; US citizenship required for ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from kickoff through engineering, tooling, validation and production launch.
• Manage Engineering, Project Management, and Tool Room teams; drive performance and resource planning.
• Oversee tooling development, process validation, manufacturability, automation, and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD on technical reviews, quoting, and customer support.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance, budgets, schedules, and successful handoffs.
