Intel Corporation in the United States is seeking an Advanced Device Development Engineering Manager within the Logic Technology Development (LTD) team. You will lead a group of device engineers to design, execute, and analyze experiments that meet stringent performance and reliability targets.

This role focuses on developing high-volume process technologies, collaborating with LTD and foundry teams, and creating robust test structures and PDk delivery while applying data analytics and ML

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related scientific field.
• Ph.D. with 10+ years of experience or Master with 15+ years.
• Experience in advanced node semiconductor industry or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of device engineers to develop high-volume capable process technology meeting performance, yield, and reliability targets.
• Set priorities within programs targeted for foundry offerings and manage team performance.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality Process-Design Kit (PDK) is delivered to design enablement.
• Work with LTD Foundry Technology Engineering to maximize product performance and leverage Intel’s technology.
• Define robust test structures and programs to validate new design rules and extract device parameters.
• Use data mining and statistics to analyze electrical-test, yield, and fab data to guide future development direction.
