Parametric, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, seeks a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the Accounting Platforms team. • 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering team accountable for Parametric's accounting platforms and Radius integration.
• Drive delivery, operations, and people leadership across platform reliability, BAU demand, and modernization initiatives.
• Own design decisions, trade-offs, and architectural direction with a Principal Software Engineer.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure scalable data products and data extraction pipelines.
