Morgan Stanley's Parametric unit seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to lead engineering teams responsible for accounting platforms and Radius integration. You will own delivery, operations, and people leadership across platform reliability, data extraction, and a modernization program while balancing risk, performance, and business priorities.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people management.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder platform modernization and organizational change.
Ability to align business workflows with Radius integration and data products.

Responsibilities

Delivery and portfolio: Own a prioritized portfolio spanning platform operations, BAU demand, and strategic transition.
Platform operations: Ensure reliability, monitoring, runbooks, incident response and escalation with vendors.
Radius: Own the Radius Accounting Service APIs and data products; ensure integration with accounting platforms.
Strategic transition: Lead alignment of accounting workflows with Radius and transition readiness.
People: Manage, coach, hire and develop the team.
