SoftPathTechnologies is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery for an identity and access management modernization initiative. You will coordinate technical teams and stakeholders as three applications migrate from Duo to Microsoft Authenticator and Entra ID, while retiring SMS and voice MFA methods.

The role requires strong program management, risk mitigation, and hands-on planning across identity engineering, operations, and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering or technical delivery for IAM initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access.
• Experience planning controlled production changes (pilots, rollouts).
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project-delivery skills and clear status reporting.
• Experience with varied user and device scenarios (shared workstations).
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day planning and coordination across identity engineering and operations.
• Guide discovery and design of Entra ID authentication policies.
• Coordinate enrollment, testing, pilots, and phased cutovers.
• Manage dependencies and delivery risks across apps and users.
• Maintain the integrated roadmap and RAID/decision tracking.
• Provide readiness findings and knowledge transfer to client admins.
