Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Engineering Manager in Starkville, MS to lead Manufacturing, Test, and Configuration Management engineering functions. You will translate program requirements into efficient manufacturing plans and act as the primary interface to Program Management.

The role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams, NPI execution, and driving tooling and process improvements. A strong background in AS9100 and configuration management is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace, or related).
  • 12+ years progressive experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAI, and configuration management.
  • Track record leading NPI and manufacturing process improvements.

  • Mentor and develop engineering leaders and technical staff.
