Clearbridge Executive Search is seeking an Engineering Manager, Mechanical Equipment in Seattle for a premier capital equipment manufacturer. You will lead a vertical engineering team, steer design across conveyors, stackers, and material handling systems, and ensure robust performance, safety, and manufacturability.

You will guide workload planning, cross-functional collaboration with Project Management, Operations, and Sales, and drive continuous improvement while staying hands-on with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 7+ years designing industrial machinery, capital equipment, or material handling systems.
• Proven experience leading mechanical engineering teams.
• Strong CAD proficiency with Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
