About the Role

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager or Senior Project Engineer to lead multidisciplinary design and permitting efforts for high-impact energy and infrastructure projects. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive project success from concept through completion, while helping expand our footprint in the rapidly growing grid resilience and clean energy space.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead site/civil engineering projects focused on Oil & Gas initiatives
• Oversee site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions
• Mentor junior staff and support resource planning and growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in site/civil design, ideally with oil & gas related projects
• PE license (required)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D a plus
• Proven project management and client development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
