You’ll be leading a range of infrastructure and site development projects — from stormwater systems and grading to municipal permitting and traffic control. As a trusted technical leader, you’ll mentor junior engineers, guide project delivery, and work closely with clients across both public and private sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and design complex civil engineering projects — site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and more
• Lead the preparation of plans, specifications, permit packages, and land development applications
• Guide day-to-day communication with clients, regulators, and design teams
• Contribute to project budgets, task scheduling, and proposal development
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative project culture
• Integrate civil, environmental, and GIS workflows for smarter, more sustainable designs

What you’ll bring:

• 5–8 years of civil/site engineering experience
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• PE license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiarity with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools a plus
• Experience with PennDOT, municipal permitting, and Pennsylvania regulatory standards preferred
• Interest in renewable energy projects and/or GIS integration a bonus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
