Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing engineering, test engineering, and maintenance teams supporting electronic assembly, testing, calibration, mechanical assembly (including damper products), and final assembly value streams.
  • Provide functional leadership and technical direction to process engineers assigned to value streams, ensuring alignment to standardized methods, equipment strategies, and long-term manufacturing objectives.
  • Drive localization, installation, and validation efforts for new HVAC control products, electronic assemblies, mechanical damper assemblies, and related production equipment, ensuring readiness for volume manufacturing.
