Key Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field; P.E. license or pursuit required
• 7+ years engineering experience with leadership
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Strong mechanical design, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building/managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong customer, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and travel domestically/internationally
