Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Durham, CT, responsible for overseeing engineering activities that support precision manufacturing operations. This role leads and mentors a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of projects aligned with customer requirements and organizational goals.
