Accounting Search seeks an Engineering and Maintenance Manager in the Mansfield, OH area. You will lead both engineering and maintenance teams, reporting to the Plant Manager in a high‑impact role during a growth phase.

You will manage multi‑shift operations, oversee capital budgets, advance continuous improvement, and drive automation initiatives including PLCs and robotics. A strong background in manufacturing, leadership, and budgeting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering management experience, ideally in automotive supply or fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing teams and budgets; multi‑shift operation exposure.
• Strong continuous improvement background; automation and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee day-to-day production engineering needs and capital budget management.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and oversee external contractors as needed.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs and KPIs.
