Job summary

Vibracoustic USA Inc. in Morganfield, KY is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the site’s maintenance strategy and electrical/mechanical systems oversight.

You will drive proactive maintenance programs, manage CAPEX budgets, and build a high-performing team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the plant. This on-site role offers growth with a global automotive supplier.

Qualifications

• BS in maintenance, electrical engineering or related field.
• Five to ten years related experience; minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory/manager role.
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems; CMMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, allocate resources, and control operational costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage maintenance technicians and engineers; foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
• Ensure all plant machinery, building systems, and engineering projects adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers; ensure critical spare parts inventory is stocked.
• Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs.

• Troubleshooting & Uptime: Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures to minimize unplanned downtime and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• BS in maintenance, electrical engineering or other related field desired


• Five to Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or manager role.


• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
