Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance, Utilities and Reliability at the Manati site, ensuring safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement of critical facility systems.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and contracts, and drive asset performance using CMMS (Maximo) and reliability best practices in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• 10+ years in engineering, maintenance, facilities, or technical operations.
• 5+ years leading managers, supervisors, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, utilities, and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Maintenance, Hard Services, Utilities, Automation, and Reliability functions.
• Provide leadership to Hard Services Manager and Reliability Engineer.
• Drive equipment reliability, asset performance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, and Utility systems.
• Ensure preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage contracts, vendor performance, and department budgets.
