Jones Lang LaSalle Puerto Rico, located in Gurabo, PR, is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to manage preventive maintenance, coordinate external vendors, and ensure safe operation of all utilities. The role requires hands-on supervision of maintenance activities and strong focus on safety and GMP compliance.

You will oversee work orders, manage spare parts, and maintain records while coordinating with the Utilities Supervisor to meet operational priorities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate and implement preventive maintenance plans, and supervise corrective tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors providing maintenance and other services.
• Ensure safe operation of utilities and compliance with safety and GMP standards.
• Issue, process and control work orders, tracking completion metrics.
• Monitor and manage spare parts stock and maintenance metrics.
• Oversee plant general services and emergency/urgent response in operations.
