Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is hiring an Engineering and Maintenance Manager in the Portland, TN area. You will lead resources, manage safety and quality programs, and drive continuous improvements to meet cost and delivery goals.

The role emphasizes capital projects, equipment uptime, and cross-department coordination with engineering, procurement and maintenance. A strong CI background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in precision manufacturing, preferably metal.
• Knowledge of QA, ISO and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Hands-on CI experience and leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resources to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Oversee budget controls, tooling design and capital projects.
• Develop long-range capital improvements and oversee project schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimal workforce utilization.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, maintenance and quality control.
