Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and productivity improvements with focus on safety and quality.
• Promote safety and quality awareness and address safety or quality concerns.
• Strategically plan plant operations to support objectives.
• Lead weekly meetings with supervisors and communicate challenges and objectives.
• Improve throughput efficiency through lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish performance standards and analyze opportunities to maximize manufacturing performance.
• Communicate effectively with staff to achieve objectives.
• Develop systems for teamwork and employee growth; support internal advancement.
• Administer other personnel functions as necessary.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

Master’s degree preferred
