Job summary

Ahlstrom Mount Holly Springs Plant is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and technology upgrade projects that boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will manage a diversified portfolio, direct maintenance, power and utility functions, and promote lean improvements across the site.

Requires a Bachelors in Engineering and 5–7 years in maintenance management with strong PM, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years field experience in maintenance management and project engineering.
• Ability to operate computer hardware and software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital projects with engineering expertise and PM methodologies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, product design, supply chain, and HR.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations and standards are met.
• Provide direction to maintenance, power and steam staff.
• Plan infrastructure maintenance projects with budget and schedule governance.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
