Job summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program in Vancouver, WA offers hands-on engineering experience with mentor guidance and a structured onboarding. You will work on real-world projects, supporting maintenance, capital investments, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Internship runs May 31, 2027 to November 19, 2027, with full-time hours initially and a part-time schedule later.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two years.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD software) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular)

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering, capital investment, and continuous improvement projects across the facility.
• Support project teams by gathering data, tracking progress, and helping implement process improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience creating and updating component designs using 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Assist in developing technical drawings, models, and design documentation.
• Participate in problem-solving activities to identify opportunities for improving processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Support root cause analysis investigations by collecting data and contributing to corrective action recommendations.
