Tetra Pak in the United States invites Engineering interns to gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that support our mission of safe, available food and a healthy planet. You will work with mentors and teams in Winsted, MN, applying classroom knowledge to real manufacturing challenges.

Two internships are available: Summer and Short-Term, starting May 31, 2027, with hourly wages of $22–$25. You will engage in risk management, audits, SOPs, and cross‑functional collaboration across

Qualifications

Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two years, and seeking to advance your career.
Majors suggested: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or other technical bachelor programs, Business Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Power BI knowledge preferred.
Good knowledge of Excel & Power BI; Python is a plus; SAP is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Assist in risk management improvements at the Winsted, MN factory.
Support internal audits and creation of SOPs and related documents.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other internal teams.
