National Beef Leathers in St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking an Engineering Assistant Maintenance Clerk to support maintenance planning and daily operations. The role emphasizes PM creation, work order management, and data entry in CAP-X systems.

Qualifications

Trained in E-Maintenance system or ability to learn.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent at math/algebra.
Follow-up skills are a must.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to generate Ghant Charts and timeline generation.
Maintain low absenteeism.
CAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create new PM's, edit existing PMs, and enter completed PMs
Create new work orders, edit existing works orders, and enter completed work orders
Make calls and schedule appointments as necessary
Enter information into corp. spreadsheets for CAP-X
Document plant operations & functions
Assign work orders for PM & PMI
Weekly meetings to identify and schedule CAM items within the plant
Continued training in E-Maintenance
Create Teams meeting and slides for meeting
All other duties as assigned
