Qualifications

• Trained in E-Maintenance system or ability to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent at math/algebra.
• Follow-up skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Create new PMs, edit existing PMs, and enter completed PMs.
• Create new work orders, edit existing work orders, and enter completed work orders.
• Make calls and schedule appointments as necessary.
• Enter information into corp. spreadsheets for CAP-X.
• Document plant operations & functions.
• Assign work orders for PM & PMI.
• Weekly meetings to identify and schedule CAM items within the plant.
• Continued training in E-Maintenance.
• Create Teams meeting and slides for meeting.
• All other duties as assigned.
