Job summary

Eaton’s Power Distribution and Control Assemblies Division is seeking an Applications Engineer in Arden, NC. You will support development of engineered solutions for MVCA products and assist customers throughout the project lifecycle, including training and witness tests.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in medium voltage motor control systems, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to troubleshoot and support testing and field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Residence within 75 miles of Arden, NC; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for MV control assemblies and motor control solutions.
• Evaluate customer requirements, interpret specifications, develop engineered solutions, and provide lifecycle support.
• Collaborate with customers, field sales, COE, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, aftermarket, and product engineering to meet requirements.
