Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years in administrative, executive support, office coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders within an organization.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, H-1B, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering leadership, staff, town hall, engagement, and recurring meetings including scheduling, room/virtual setup, agendas, materials, catering and communications.
• Attend designated engineering meetings, capture notes, decisions, owners and due dates, and distribute recaps with action owners.
• Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics for the Engineering Director and senior leaders; resolve conflicts and coordinate participants.
• Develop and maintain an annual engineering communication plan with audiences, messages, and channels.
• Create, edit and release a monthly engineering newsletter and related communications.
• Maintain distribution lists, org charts, shared calendars, channels and records for easy access.
