Job summary

EMD Electronics is seeking highly motivated graduates for the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). The role offers three 12-month rotations in Production, R&D, Quality, and Engineering across US facilities, developing skills in manufacturing, process improvement, and data-centric digital capabilities.

Participants pursue Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and contribute to projects that shape next-generation CMP slurries, dielectrics, and semiconductor tools, with a July 2025

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
Graduation date of 2025 to Fall 2026.
GPA of 3.5 or higher (preferred).
1+ previous professional internship experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Participate in three 12-month rotations across Production, R&D, Quality, and Engineering.
Gain exposure to core processes, technologies, and leadership.
Pursue Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and lead improvement projects.
