Over two one-year rotations at manufacturing facilities and corporate teams, you'll build leadership, risk assessment, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement experience while relocating nationwide.

The Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) is MacLean-Fogg's two-year rotational development program for early-career environmental, health and safety professionals who want more than a traditional entry-level role.
Over two one-year rotations, you will work alongside experienced professionals, manufacturing teams, and leaders, gaining hands-on experience in risk recognition, employee engagement, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. At the same time, you will build the leadership, communication, and business skills needed to grow your career at MacLean-Fogg.
Important: MMP participants must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States for both rotations. Your first location will not be confirmed until late April 2027.
Your rotations are designed to give you meaningful environmental, health and safety responsibility from the start. You will:
