Orica’s Engineering Graduate Program offers a two-year rotational path designed to jumpstart your career in mining, technology, and innovation. You’ll work on real projects from day one, with coaching, career guidance, and a personalized learning roadmap to develop your engineering skills.

Graduates explore diverse paths across core business units, including Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Commercial.

Qualifications

• Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship.
• Be eligible to drive a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Be in your final year of your university undergraduate degree or have completed your degree within the last year.
• Be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical and drug screen.
• Be open to living and working anywhere in the United States.
• Be willing to relocate multiple times during your first two years for each rotation, likely in remote locations across the United States, based on business need.
• Be willing to permanently live and work in a remote location anywhere in the United States once the two-year rotation program ends, based on business need.
• Be living in the United States and be able to attend selection stages in person, if required.
• Open to a start date of June 2027.

Responsibilities

• During the two-year graduate program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with coaching, on-the-job-training and career management guidance.
• You will have your own personalized learning roadmap, to guide your experience and ensure your distinct potential is supported.
• The Orica Graduate Program is focused on developing graduates across our core business units such as: Our graduates rotate through several technical on-site rotations.
• These core rotations are designed to give you a solid foundation for your professional development and prepare you as you transition into your professional career.
• Some example rotations include Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Commercial.
