Location: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, San Diego

The opportunity

Our Leadership Development team is looking for an executive full‑time coach providing coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those partnerships that are part of leadership development programs for future leadership roles. You will be part of a dynamic, national team of experienced coaches focused on leadership development by empowering individuals as they rise to meet the challenges of increasing leadership complexity with clarity, confidence, and impact. EY leaders are called to be more agile and shift their development to sustainably lead, grow and drive the business. In this role, you will focus on creating these transformative shifts through 1:1 coaching engagements, group coaching engagements, and potential additional modalities.

As part of the coaching team, you will also actively contribute to the coaching practice and greater Leadership Development team and vision. You will actively seek feedback on the client experience and impact of the coaching engagements across the US and gather meaningful thematic insights. As required, you will actively engage internally and externally as a thought leader in the field of coaching, remaining apprised of the leading‑edge methodologies and coaching enablement strategies across the profession.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing executive coaching as defined in the US and LATAM regions’ coaching strategy to senior leaders and leadership teams, managing a rolling book of business of at least 35 clients.
  • Delivering exceptional coaching experiences that strengthen the Leadership Development coaching brand and generate growth opportunities for the practice.
  • Actively seek client feedback both informally and formally throughout coaching engagement.
  • Uphold ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
  • Team up across the coaching team, contributing to team projects and tasks, sharing experiences and best practices and supporting each other for the team to grow and deliver exceptional services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Talent stakeholders to understand and manage the demand for leadership and team coaching.
  • Curate coaching practice impact and insights and share themes with key business and Talent stakeholders.
  • When required, prepare and deliver coaching events/workshops, participate in team interviews, create presentations, agendas and other relevant materials or work flexibly as part of project teams as a subject matter resource (SMR).
  • Be willing to work alternative hours or travel as required by the regional environment.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of coaching senior business executives/c‑suite level, in a corporate professional or consulting service firm.
  • ICF PCC credential and in‑depth coaching education.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Experienced to work and coach virtually in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Group coaching experience.
  • Excellent teaming to collaborate effectively within the team, across the talent ecosystem and the wider firm.
  • Respected ability to cope with ambiguity in a complex and agile environment.
  • Lead with a growth mindset and the ability to create a growth‑oriented coaching culture.
  • Strong communication skills for sharing thought leadership to strengthen our brand and reputation, both internally and externally.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Accreditation to work with “The Leadership Circle Profile” for both individuals and teams.
  • Certified in the “Immunity to Change” approach, 1:1 and teams.
What We Offer You
  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Base salary ranges: $96,300 to $180,100 (US geography) or $115,600 to $204,600 (NYC Metro Area, Washington State, California excluding Sacramento). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a range of paid time off options.
  • A hybrid model: most people in external, client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Flexible vacation policy: you’ll determine the amount of vacation time needed based on personal circumstances, along with additional time off for EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence.
