Job summary

APG Solutions Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Software and Electronics Engineering to lead digital and electronics technology, including embedded software, hardware, cloud software, APIs, and connectivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 3+ years engineering leadership experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across hardware, embedded software, and cloud technologies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, hardware, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams across electronics, embedded systems, cloud software, APIs, SDKs, connectivity, and digital platforms; set technology strategy and engineering standards.
Provide hands-on technical leadership while enabling team members and external partners to execute.
Oversee design, development, validation, and release of electronic and software solutions for current and future products.
