Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in electronics product development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of platform architectures and product enhancements.
• Provide systems-level leadership for power electronics and semiconductor equipment power.
• Translate requirements into system and component-level specs.
• Mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
• Drive PDP-focused execution with risk management and metrics.
