Flex is seeking a highly strategic Engineering Manager to lead our Process, Industrial, and Product Engineering teams within the Global Services & Solutions organization. The role is based onsite in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
8+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, manufacturing or operations.
Proven success leading Process, Industrial, and Product Engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams (Process, Industrial, Product).
Define and execute short-term and long-term engineering strategies.
Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost and safety.
Design scalable operational solutions to support business growth.
Lead automation and digital transformation across operations.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities for results.
Develop capacity planning, labor models, process flows, roadmaps.
Manage engineering support for fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, repair.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance management.
Lead new implementations, product transfers, and site transformations.
