Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks an Engineer Leader 1 to shepherd complex projects, coach engineers, and uphold engineering best practices across multiple disciplines. You will manage technical risk, deliver client-specific solutions, and lead teams toward on-time milestones.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and validation of scalable, high-quality technology solutions with a focus on safety and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Computer Science/Engineering/Math/Physics with ABET accreditation and construction experience.
• FE/EIT, DBIA, LEED or NICET certifications are preferred for the EL1 role.
• Strong ability to lead and mentor engineers, manage technical risk, and deliver client-specific solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs.
• Validate world-class technical solutions on projects.
• Ensure engineering best practices across multiple disciplines.
• Provide oversight and direction to engineering teams.
• Develop and mentor next-generation engineers.
