Qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering with distributed systems and enterprise apps.
- 10+ years in formal people management or high-impact technical leadership.
- Proven track record designing scalable, reliable production systems.
- Strong communication to translate moonshot ambiguity into roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical strategy aligned with product roadmaps and customer priorities.
- Architect enterprise applications for planet-scale reliability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Build and develop high-performing engineering organizations and practices.
