Job summary

Talentify in Ohio seeks a Senior Software Engineer to participate across the SDLC, shaping architecture, enforcing patterns, and mentoring juniors. You will collaborate with BAs and end users to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and ensure delivery of high-quality software.

You will lead POC and design sessions, perform code reviews, plan stories, and support production deployments while advocating best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of application development experience across backend, frontend, or full stack.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core, Angular, C#, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with TDD/Unit Testing and modern front-end tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical designs with stakeholders.
• Develop software per requirements and quality standards.
• Lead patterns, standards, and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior developers and lead select initiatives.
• Participate in planning, grooming, and sprint demos.
• Support production deployments and resolve issues as needed.
• Teach best practices and new technologies annually.
• Assist onboarding and training of new resources.
• Interview candidates when asked.
