Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a new travel-focused team in Seattle. You will set the direction for a defined part of our next-generation travel experience, balancing product judgment with technical leadership and enabling fast, reliable delivery.

You’ll shape the team’s mandate, hire and grow engineers, and partner with Travel, Expenses, and Product to align on scope and outcomes. Apply AI-forward thinking from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing engineering products and scaling teams.
• Ability to defend product and UX tradeoffs with stakeholders.
• Technical credibility at senior/Staff level to earn team respect.
• Empathy for customers and user advocacy.
• Clear written and verbal communication across roles and levels.
• Proven mentorship and coaching across engineers.

• Build and lead a new full-stack engineering team for travel experience.
