• Track record of engineering leadership building and scaling customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new full-stack team for Travel’s next-generation experience.
• Define and sharpen the team’s mandate within the Travel group.
• Set technical and product direction, and prioritize build decisions.
• Ship a high-quality, reliable travel product with a solid foundation.
• Foster a people-centered culture on a brand-new team and mentor engineers.
• Partner with Travel, Expenses, and Product for alignment on scope and delivery.
• Provide coaching and career development across levels.
• Bring an AI-forward mindset to how the team builds and operates.
