Job summary

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and program management to meet schedules, improve lab procedures, and champion safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced lab

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing technical teams.
• Experience coordinating test lab activities and ensuring quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in functional testing for aerospace programs.
• Provide technical direction for test setup, execution, and data analysis.
• Coordinate engineering priorities with Test Lab Manager to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality and program management.
• Develop and improve laboratory procedures, test methods, and documentation.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for test issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote safety and continuous improvement.
