Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) invites an Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence in our Function Test Operations lab. You will oversee a team of technicians, shape test strategies, and ensure robust data analysis to support mission-critical programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or related environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring staff.
• Familiarity with test methodologies and data acquisition systems.
• Experience in regulated industries and quality systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of technicians in functional testing programs.
• Provide technical direction for test setup, execution, and data analysis.
• Coordinate priorities with the Test Lab Manager to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and program management.
• Develop and improve lab procedures and engineering documentation.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion safety and continuous improvement.
• Support capital equipment planning and lab capability enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with customer, military, aerospace, and internal standards.
