Job summary

Alkegen Industrial Solutions seeks a senior engineering leader to manage a multidisciplined team of engineers in Missouri. You will promote and support the technical sale cycle, advise customers through technical excellence, and lead testing standards.

You will use data to build models and sales collateral, mentor team members, collaborate with other application groups, and ensure communication with customers to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in High Temperature Insulation is required.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Proficient in engineering software and project management tools.

• Manage a multidisciplined team of engineers.
• Promote and support the technical sale cycle of Alkegen Industrial solutions products.
• Advise customers through technical excellence of our products.
• Lead testing excellence and maintain testing standards.
• Use data to build strong models and generate sales collateral.
• Mentor team members and develop succession plans.
• Collaborate with other application engineering groups for continuous improvements.
• Support sales activities and ensure communication standards with customers.
